On Saturday, November 9, 2019, the Hispanic Health Coalition of Houston will present their sixth annual family health expo ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® at Mason Park. This event promotes Hispanic family physical activity and healthy lifestyles for people of all ages and sizes. ? The Houston event will feature: The All of Us Research Program Traveling Exhibit In addition, participants will have access to:•5K Wellness Walk •Walkaround Elmo from Sesame Street •Cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose & more! •Yoga & Zumba Classes and Tennis Clinics •Free Trackless Train rides •Vision & dental screenings for kids •Nutrition & Health Education •Live Performances, Raffles & giveaways
